Japanese companies are lacking young potential talent due to the decline in the population of Japan. Hence, Japanese companies are actively welcoming potential Engineers from overseas.

At the request of a Japanese company, IMAC is recruiting Nepali technical college graduates who wish to work for a Japanese company. Applicants receive three years of training at the receiving company, and those who are approved can be transferred to permanent employees. So far, 500 people have applied through IMAC. About 200 of them are currently receiving ON THE JOB training at the receiving company, and about 100 have successfully transferred to full-time employment.

■What is the VET Project?

OJT prepare Package by IMAC

While in Nepal, the selected members will be prepared by IMAC. Preparation includes orientation, online class introduction, progress supervision, career counseling & guidance on career, interview & terminology.

OJT by Receiving company in JAPAN

Aiming to join the accepting company as an immediate force after 3 years, they will train you in the matters like Japanese business terms, career formation, work regarding the respective company, career counseling, bargaining power & leadership qualities.

Premium Membership

Applicants must apply to IMAC as a premium member. Applicants will be screened based on their documents, and successful applicants will be able to become premium members.
Premium members will receive training and Japanese language education from IMAC to find a host company. Since everything will be done online, even those who live in rural areas or who are working can apply.
Also, people still in school can apply. If the host company is decided while the candidates are in school, they can obtain a working visa upon graduation.
