  私は2024年9月1日から1年間において、 以下の労使協定の締結等をおこなう従業員の代表として、 SHAKYA RITESH MAN さんを選出することに同意します。 (1) 同一労働同一賃金に関する労働者派遣法第30条の4第1項の規定に基づく労使協定 (退職金前払い制度の導入済確認) (2) 時間外労働、休日労働に関する労使協定（36協定） (3) 賃金の控除に関する労使協定 (4) 賃金の口座振込に関する労使協定 (5) 就業規則の作成及び変更に際しての意見聴取 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Agreement for Election of Employee Representative

 

To: IMAC Engineering, Inc.

  I hereby give my consent to the election of Mr. SHAKYA RITESH MAN as a representative of the employees who will sign the following labor-management agreement for one year from September 1, 2024. (1) Labor-management agreement under the provisions of Paragraph 1 of Article 30-4 of the Worker Dispatching Act regarding equal pay for equal work (Confirmation that the company has already introduced an advance payment system for retirement benefits) (2) Labor-management agreement regarding overtime and holiday work (36 agreement) (3) Labor-management agreement regarding deduction of wages (4) Labor-management agreement on wage account transfers (5) Hearing of opinions when preparing and amending the rules of employment
