Typically, Japanese companies may be cautious about hiring foreign employees directly. To bridge this, you will initially work with Japanese companies through us for a three-year period, designated as On-the-Job Training (OJT). During this time, we’ll provide guidance and support to help you grow professionally, while the company prepares you to become a skilled engineer.
Upon successfully completing the OJT period, Japanese companies will be more confident in bringing you on as a permanent employee. This approach minimizes risk for the company and gives you the opportunity to learn about the organization, helping you prepare for a long-term, dedicated career.
At IMAC, we believe our employees are our greatest asset. That’s why we offer a comprehensive range of perks and benefits to support their well-being and satisfaction.
Connect directly with hiring companies, ensuring a fair and transparent selection process.
We handle the entire visa application and renewal process. This visa allows you to live with your spouse, and after ten years, you can apply for Permanent Residency.
All services are provided free of charge. Initial travel and living expenses until your first salary will be self-funded.
No prior experience is necessary. You'll receive on-the-job training with full salary. Your experience in Nepal will also be valued.
Medical Insurance and Provident Fund contributions are covered, with payments deducted directly from your salary.
Our 11 branch offices across Japan, staffed by Nepalese employees, offer guidance on daily life, shopping, transportation, medical needs, and emergency support anytime.
Basic conversational Japanese is sufficient to begin work. No certification is required initially.
If a job change is necessary for valid reasons, we’ll assist you in finding new employment opportunities.
The decision to focus solely on Nepalese engineers comes from extensive experience with foreign engineers. IMAC’s OJT program is designed for long-term employment, aiming to place engineers in companies where they can work until retirement, rather than on a project basis.
Key Requirements for the OJT Program:
Recognized for helping hundreds of Nepalese engineers build successful careers in Japan with trust and support.
