Japanese companies often face high risks in directly hiring foreign employees due to limited options for termination if progress is uncertain. Through our OJT program, nepali engineers can demonstrate their capabilities while easing into the company culture. If progress is satisfactory, these employees can transition to permanent employees of our clients.
