Project Execution and Support Services

At IMAC Engineering, we offer comprehensive services ranging from project planning and development, basic and detailed design, procurement, quality control, unit assembly, packaging, and transportation. Since establishing a base in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, in 1994, we have built strong relationships with local design institutes, vendors, construction companies, and inspection agencies, laying a solid foundation for our operations.

In 2006, we further expanded by establishing Towa Precision Machinery Equipment (Tongxiang) Co., Ltd. in Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province, with an investment of 4,150,000 USD, marking the start of full-scale operations. Leveraging our experience and technology gained in China, IMAC Engineering delivers cost-competitive solutions with Japanese quality.

Promotion of Project Modularization, Unitization and Skid Fabrication

At IMAC Engineering, we actively promote the modularization, unitization, and skid fabrication of plant construction projects. These strategies help reduce costs, shorten on-site construction time, and expedite equipment commissioning. The units are manufactured, assembled, inspected, packaged, and transported at our factory, Towa Precision Machinery Equipment (Tongxiang) Co., Ltd., in China. These units are not only shipped within China but also to Japan and other countries, ensuring efficient and high-quality solutions across international markets.

Benefits of Modularization, Unitization and Skid Fabrication

Piping, electrical work, and insulation are completed at the assembly plant. Additionally, flushing, pressure and leak testing, debugging, and water test runs are performed. As a result, on-site work is reduced to just installation and final assembly, significantly shortening construction time and speeding up equipment commissioning.

Since work in the assembly plant is unaffected by weather and multiple tasks can progress simultaneously, construction efficiency is greatly improved. This approach also provides advantages in construction management, schedule control, and quality assurance.

By managing procurement and assembly at the plant, we can immediately address any damages or specification discrepancies upon delivery. This eliminates material loss and ensures efficient inventory management and dispatching, resulting in more effective material handling and reduced delays.

Utilization of the Hybrid Modular Construction Method
(Our Patent)

By changing the structure from previous modular construction methods, it is easier to calculate the strength of the structure and materials can be optimized. Structurally, the concentration of main columns in adjacent parts of the modules is eliminated, making it slimmer while also ensuring inspection and evacuation routes. This is the optimal construction method for multiple modularization.

This patent has been deployed in Japan and eight other countries around the world (USA, Europe, China, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia).
